To mark Photoshop’s 25-year journey, we created a global tribute spot with a coveted placement during the Academy Awards—just weeks away. The concept was simple yet ambitious: showcase the breadth of Photoshop’s tools and features as a celebration of the boundless artistic possibilities it unlocks for creators worldwide.
The commercial was set to the iconic melody of Aerosmith’s “Dream On.” We meticulously deconstructed the lyrics and paired each line with artwork from our community, ultimately showcasing contributions from more than 100 artists worldwide. The result was a true celebration of Photoshop—and of the extraordinary achievements of the global creative community. This work went on to earn an Emmy nomination for Best Commercial Spot, along with top honors across the industry, including Cannes Lions, The One Show, D&AD, and the Clios.

Over 100 artists collaborated, contributing more than 3,500 layers of artwork. This community-driven campaign was honored at the industry’s most prestigious award shows—celebrated both as a film and as a social campaign—and even spotlighted by Jimmy Kimmel Live!
