Hi, I’m AJ.

Nice to meet you, Jeremy. Much of my career has been spent working in parallel with digital, marketing operations, and platform leaders to ensure that the systems being built are not only powerful, but usable, scalable, and understood by the people who rely on them every day.

I have always believed that technology reaches its full value only when people can clearly see how it fits into their workflows and goals. My role has often been to serve as the connective layer between product capability, marketing execution, and human adoption.

For more than 25 years I have worked alongside product, engineering, marketing operations, and executive teams in technology-driven organizations. From the early web and creative tooling era at Macromedia, to subscription platform shifts at Adobe, to enterprise experience and AI-enabled content systems, my focus has been consistent. Translate complex platforms into clear, actionable systems that teams can actually use and scale.

I have had the opportunity to work deeply within MarTech ecosystems, GTM structures, and enterprise content operations where velocity and clarity must coexist. That work often involved aligning creative outputs with governance models, tooling capabilities, data signals, and operational workflows so that teams were not simply producing more work, but producing smarter work.

My perspective is rooted in the understanding that platforms, AI tools, and automation systems are only as effective as the clarity around them. The goal is not just adoption, but confident adoption. Not just scale, but sustainable scale.

Operationalizing Creativity Within Systems

A significant portion of my work has focused on embedding creative and storytelling practices into structured operational environments. Building templates, playbooks, content systems, and repeatable workflows that allow marketing and product teams to move faster without losing coherence or quality.

At Adobe, this meant helping evolve release structures from a handful of annual moments to dozens of coordinated launches each year while maintaining brand integrity and team sustainability. It also meant working closely with product and platform teams during early-stage tooling and AI initiatives to ensure that outputs aligned with both governance and real-world usability.

I see creativity not as an exception to operational rigor, but as a multiplier when integrated correctly. When systems and storytelling are aligned, organizations gain speed, consistency, and stronger engagement across channels.

Enabling Teams to Execute With Clarity and Confidence

A recurring theme in my career has been equipping global teams with the tools and structures they need to operate effectively. Presentation systems, content frameworks, workflow templates, and design standards that remove ambiguity and reduce friction. The goal is always to give teams clarity so they can focus on impact rather than process.

I believe high-performing marketing and product organizations are built on shared language, aligned systems, and mutual respect between strategy, operations, and creative execution. My role has often been to support those ecosystems by translating complexity into usable frameworks and helping teams see how their individual work connects to larger GTM engines.

I am often described as someone who brings calm and clarity to complex environments and who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, operations, and human experience. Whether supporting AI-enabled workflows, platform rollouts, or enterprise content systems, my focus remains consistent. Strengthen alignment, increase usability, and help organizations move forward with confidence.

At the end of the day, I see my role as a partner to digital transformation and marketing operations leaders, helping translate powerful systems into meaningful execution and ensuring teams can operate with both speed and purpose.
