I helped launch Adobe’s “Do you know what your marketing is doing?” campaign—a multi-year initiative that promoted Adobe Marketing Cloud and challenged businesses to think differently about marketing analytics. The goal was simple: encourage companies to understand their customers better and prove the impact of their marketing. That message still resonates today. What began as a bold statement in a single campaign has grown into a guiding principle for Adobe’s marketing and experience management business.

Now, Adobe delivers a comprehensive suite of solutions—Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager, and AI-powered personalization tools—that help businesses track performance, tailor experiences, and manage campaigns end-to-end. With the emergence of AI and generative AI, we’ve taken that promise even further, enabling predictive insights, automation, and deeper personalization at scale. For me, it’s been incredible to see the throughline from that early campaign to where we are today—still fulfilling the original message by giving businesses the tools to truly know what their marketing is doing.
