Nice to meet you, Louise. I’m looking forward to our conversation. Much of my career has been spent working alongside Brand, Advertising, Social, and Media teams to build work that not only expresses a company’s identity, but creates meaningful connection and measurable momentum. I’ve always seen brand as a living system, one that influences perception at the top of the funnel while also supporting performance and growth further down the journey.

I view creative as both signal and structure. Something that shapes how a company shows up in the world, while also enabling teams to move quickly and consistently across channels.

For more than 25 years I have partnered with brand, product marketing, and growth organizations in technology-driven companies. From global brand campaigns and product launches to social ecosystems and partnership activations, my focus has been consistent. Build cohesive narratives and visual systems that travel well across paid, owned, and earned environments while remaining authentic to the brand’s voice.

My work has often lived at the intersection of brand storytelling, community engagement, and performance media.That means thinking holistically about how advertising, social content, partnerships, and experiential moments reinforce one another rather than operate in silos. The goal is not simply reach, but resonance. Not just visibility, but sustained relevance.

Brand as a Growth Lever

A recurring theme in my work has been helping organizations treat brand not as a static asset, but as an active growth driver. Developing identity systems, campaign platforms, and content frameworks that give marketing and media teams the flexibility to adapt while maintaining cohesion.

At Adobe, this included shaping global brand expression across dozens of product lines, supporting both large-scale awareness campaigns and high-velocity performance initiatives. The emphasis was always on building systems that could scale across regions, partners, and channels without losing clarity or craft.

I believe the most effective brand work creates both emotional connection and functional value. It inspires curiosity while also guiding decision-making. When brand, advertising, and media operate in alignment, organizations gain efficiency, consistency, and stronger long-term equity.

Social, Partnerships, and Ecosystem Thinking

Much of my experience has involved building ecosystems rather than single campaigns. Social platforms, creator collaborations, strategic partnerships, and community-driven content all play a role in shaping perception and trust. These environments require both agility and intention. A clear voice, adaptable assets, and strong cross-team alignment.

I see partnerships and social channels as amplifiers of brand expression and as listening posts that inform future direction. When those feedback loops are embraced, the brand becomes more responsive and more human.

Enabling Teams to Move With Clarity and Speed

Another consistent thread in my career has been equipping brand and media teams with the tools and frameworks they need to operate efficiently. Design systems, content playbooks, modular assets, and workflow structures that reduce friction and increase creative confidence.

I believe high-performing brand organizations are built on shared language, flexible systems, and strong collaboration between strategy, creative, and media execution. My role has often been to support those ecosystems by translating vision into usable frameworks that allow teams to move faster without sacrificing quality.

I am often described as someone who brings energy, clarity, and calm to fast-moving environments. I enjoy working at the intersection of brand expression and performance impact, where storytelling meets data and creativity meets scale.

At the end of the day, I see my role as a partner to brand and media leaders — helping shape meaningful expression, build scalable systems, and create work that connects with audiences while driving measurable growth.
